National Sexual Assault Telephone Hotline – When you call 800.656.HOPE (800.656.4673), you’ll be routed to a local RAINN affiliate organization based on the first six digits of your phone number. Cell phone callers have the option to enter the ZIP code of their current location to more accurately locate the nearest sexual assault service provider.

The National Domestic Violence Hotline – Trained advocates are available to take your calls through our toll free, 24/7/365 hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE (1-800-799-7233). Live chat is another option for getting real-time, one-on-one support. Available 24/7/365.

SAKHI – this has checklists to let you know if you are being abused, gives you several resources for safety planning, immigration relief, legal protection, and links to other important organizations such as a comprehensive list of South Asian Women’s Organizations in the U.S.

Turning Point – Emergency Shelter services are provided 24-hours per day, 7 days per week. The emergency shelter, located in Macomb County, MI, provides immediate safety and security for survivors of domestic violence and their children. The shelter can only be accessed through our 24-hour crisis line at 586-463-6990.

Safehouse – provides support for those impacted by domestic violence or sexual assault. SafeHouse provides free and confidential services for any person victimized that lives or works in Washtenaw County. Services include emergency shelter for those in danger of being hurt or killed, counseling, legal advocacy, support groups, and especially, hope.
